  3. Chair’s Report – followed by discussion and proposed adoption
  4. Treasurer’s Report
    1. (a) Presentation of the Accounts for 2025-2026
      followed by discussion and adoption
  5. Amendments to the Constitution
  6. Election of Officers and Committee
    1. (a) President: Ann Meakin
    2. (b) Chair: Janet Edwards has served three years of her three year term.
      Is willing to stand again.
      Vice-Chair: Ann Johnson has served three years of her three year term.
      Is willing to stand again
    3. (c) Secretary: Stephen & Ann Johnson have served one year of their three
      year term
    4. (d) Treasurer: Chris Harrison has served one year of his present three year
      term
    5. (e) Co-option of Ordinary Committee Members. In post are:-
      Margaret Noble, Margaret Pinnington, Mike Swallow, June Splitt and Irene Woodrow – if willing to continue will need their co-option confirmed alongside any further co-option proposals or volunteers?
  7. Future Events:
    1. (a) Tues 20th Oct. – ‘Seahenge and her Sister’ by David Robertson
            Tues 17th Nov. – ‘Broadland Churches’ by Ian Hinton
    2. (b) Outline Programme for 2027 – Janet Edwards
    3. (c) Annual Lunch Venue – Hermanus – date 16th Feb 2027
    4. (d) Proposals from members for future programmes

    Tuesday 21st September 2027 at 7pm – Martham Methodist Church
